摘要: Very young floral meristems of a male-sterile tobacco hybrid were excised and cultured on Linsmaier Skoog medium in continuous light. Basal was supplemented with kinetin gibberellic acid, singly combinations. On kinetin, all four types organs arose the normal sequence pattern male sterile phenotype expressed, GA3 suppressed formation these organs. The data show that may form begin differentiation vitro without direct influence from plant.
