Phenomenally High Transduction Air/gas Transducers for Practical Non-Contact Ultrasonic Applications

摘要: Based on novel acoustic impedance matching layers and high coupling piezoelectric materials this paper describes exceptionally air/gas transduction ultrasonic transducers. By providing applications oriented performance of these transducers we also usher in the era much desired Non‐Contact Ultrasound (NCU) testing analysis a wide range including early stage formation such as uncured composite prepregs, green ceramics powder metals, plastics, elastomers, porous, hygroscopic, chemically bonded other materials. Besides quality control, ultimately NCU offers timely opportunities for cost‐effective production, energy savings, environment protection.
