摘要: Aims In patients with an extra-cardiac Fontan circulation, there is no direct access to the heart. The insertion of a permanent pacemaker requires surgery insert epicardial pacing wires. We present implantation endocardial lead from superior vena cava (SVC) into atrium via passage right pulmonary artery (RPA). Methods and results A was passed directly SVC RPA then atrial mass. Direct (attached SVC) mass achieved using trans-septal puncture needle. Conclusion This novel technique alternative in thus avoiding need for surgical intervention. It may also be applied gain arrhythmia ablation therapy.
