摘要: Cancer treatment with chemotherapy or radiotherapy causes gonadal toxicity in male patients. The endpoint of most concern for future reproductive options is the induction prolonged azoospermia, which may not be reversible. immediate effects therapy and its reversibility are readily observed post-pubertal patients, but same antineoplastic regimens given to prepubertal males can induce permanent azoospermia. probability azoospermia related specific agents used their doses. damaging alkylating (particularly chlorambucil, procarbazine, cyclophosphamide, melphalan, busulfan), cisplatin radiation region testicles.
