摘要: Storungen der Pubertatsentwicklung und eine beeintrachtigte Fertilitat konnen als endokrinologische Spatfolgen nach einer onkologischen Erkrankung im Kindes- Jugendalter auftreten. Fur betroffene Patienten gehoren Spatfolgen, die reproduktive Funktion beeinflussen, zu den sehr wichtigen Themen langfristigen Nachsorge, da sie nicht selten auch mit Einschrankung Lebensqualitat verbunden sind.
