摘要: Following volume expansion, the plasma acquires capacity to cause natriuresis, inhibit membrane sodium transport, and increase vascular reactivity. The discovery of atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) in 1981 provided a partial explanation for first these phenomena, but it was rapidly recognized that ANF not an inhibitor transport,1 nor able reactivity.2 Thus became apparent 20-year effort identify plasma-borne substance by virtue its ability cellular transport which might reactivity as result similar action on smooth muscle had yet succeeded. Ten years later, 1991, this appeared have achieved major breakthrough.
