Inhibitory effects of water-soluble polymers on precipitation of RS-8359

摘要: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), hydroxypropylcellulose (HPC) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) were used as water-soluble polymers. Incorporation of small amounts each these polymers into a phosphate buffer solution (pH 6.8) showed inhibitory effects on the precipitation RS-8359 from supersaturated solutions. In case both HPMC HPC, time lags compound effectively prolonged polymer concentration increased. Further, all decreased rates compound. The most effective to decrease rate existed it was 0.01 mg/ml for 0.0001 PVP within this experimental range. precipitates contained incorporation in solutions increased solubility These evidences suggest interaction with
