摘要: The changes in turgor pressure that accompany the mobilisation of sucrose and accumulation salts by excised disks storage-root tissue red beet (Beta vulgaris L.) have been investigated. Disks were washed solutions containing mannitol until all their had disappeared then transferred to 5 mol·m-3 KCl+5 NaCl addition mannitol. Changes solute contents, osmotic (measured with a probe) followed. As from tissue, reducing sugars accumulated. For 200 mannitol, final reducing-sugar concentration equalled initial so there was no change or pressure. At lower concentrations, decrease which caused turgor-driven leakage solutes. concentrations greater than mol·m-3, increased because exceeded concentration. When provided they absorbed fell. This indicated replacing vacuole releasing them for metabolism. salf sugar not equal an increase amount salt affected external concentration, indicating did affect this process. implications results control during vacuolar are discussed.
