摘要: Storage tissues have long been a favored experimental material for studies of transport in the higher plant cell. Slices these provide more or less homogeneous bulk source which may be treated as individual cells, unperturbed by long-distance to other parts plant, photosynthesis growth. Although are cells removed from their natural environment, properties, including kinetics (Osmond and Laties, 1968) regulation mechanisms (Cram, 1973), comparable those material. Until recent advent cell suspension cultures, no appeared offer such advantages study per se.
