摘要: This second part of our paper focuses on structural characterization the microemulsion for increasing crystallization rate polypropylene (PP) through entrapment nucleating agent (nucleator) HPN-68, serving as a transport vehicle. Our concept is based creating an advantage in dispersion capability nucleator that dissolved nanoreactor vehicle, compared with its conventional loading crystalline powder. The was achieved by solubilizing HPN-68 to decrease size from micro- nanoscale. microemulsions were introduced target PP using mixer. By end mixing, when water phase had evaporated, only and surfactant remained matrix. DSC results showed 24% improvement nucleation efficiency this novel method. It shown solubilization depends activity microemulsion, presence opposes formation W/O phase. Light scattering, SD-NMR, SAXS accommodated at interface, significantly reduces level order microemulsion. In intermediate content, worm-like structure proposed instead classical bicontinuous one. confirmed SD-NMR analysis. Viscosity measurements revealed transitions microemulsions.
