摘要: Abstract This is the first of a two-part study focusing on novel dispersion method which enables increasing crystallization rate polypropylene (PP) through incorporation nucleating agent HPN-68 into molten polymer using microemulsion as nanovehicle. The cycle time for processing PP significantly reduced and thus effectiveness its production increased. Our concept based creating an advantage in capability nucleator that dissolved nanoreactor vehicle comparison with conventional introduction crystalline powder. microemulsions were introduced to target mixer. By end mixing, when water phase had evaporated, only surfactant remained matrix. components solubilized mineral oil, alcohol, surfactant, water.
