摘要: Abstract Background: Malignant melanoma is one of the most common cancers occurring in pregnancy, although diagnosis and treatment remain controversial. The case a 27-year-old woman, who was successfully diagnosed treated, presented here. Case: Case notes histopathology were reviewed. patient underwent wide local excision lesion. Lymphoscintigraphy sentinel lymph node biopsy also used for staging. Results: subsequently delivered healthy, full-term fetus via cesarean section. At time publication, both child are healthy with no sequela disease. Conclusions: can result metastases to placenta pregnant women.
