摘要: On the basis of transmission electron microscopy observations in tumor cell lines, oncologists have made innumerous diagnostic and therapeutical progresses. Following this path, UNICAMP immunopathologies laboratory established NG97 line derived from a human astrocytoma grade III, which when injected to athymic nude mouse flank developed IV astrocytoma. In study, we focused on ultrastructural characterization cells after being recovered xenotransplant (NG97ht). These culture were assayed by two different procedures characterize ultrastructures related astrocytomas observe their structures through subcultivation. Additionally, compara- tive morphological descriptions passages these technical could be useful tool for improving lineage protocols.
