Magnetic properties and transport properties of HfFe6Ge6-type Ho1−xGdxMn6Ge6 (x=0.2–0.9) compounds

摘要: Abstract Magnetic transitions and magnetotransport properties of polycrystalline Ho 1− x Gd Mn 6 Ge (  = 0.2–0.9) compounds have been studied by magnetic property resistivity measurements in an applied field 50 kOe. It was found that display a transition from the antiferromagnetic state to ferrimagnetic for increasing content. The with  = 0.2 0.4 order antiferromagnetically at 423 425 K, respectively.  = 0.7, 0.8 0.9 ferrimagnetically 450, 463 471 K, undergo second below 82 K. magnetoresistance curves 0.1 compound 50 kOe are presented effects related metamagnetic transitions.
