摘要: In-plane resistivity, Hall coefficient, and magnetoresistance are measured in a series of high-quality ${\mathrm{Bi}}_{2}{\mathrm{Sr}}_{2\ensuremath{-}x}{\mathrm{La}}_{x}{\mathrm{CuO}}_{6}$ crystals with various carrier concentrations, from underdoped to overdoped. It is found that the temperature dependence cotangent angle obeys power law ${T}^{\ensuremath{\alpha}}$ $\ensuremath{\alpha}$ systematically decreasing increasing carriers. While observed power-law behavior supports scattering-time separation, universality Fermi-liquid-like ${T}^{2}$ scattering rate seriously questioned.
