摘要: The development of an effective artificial larval diet has been a major stumbling block for advancing the aquaculture spiny lobsters internationally. Attempts to determine natural lobster larvae have impeded by their small size and sparse distribution in open ocean, making these difficult study using conventional methods. Recent advances molecular genetic techniques provided novel route identifying prey (phyllosoma). In this study, sequences from zooplankton found associated with phyllosomas, along GenBank, were used design suite group-specific primers.
