摘要: Objective: It is commonly assumed that renal function, and in parallel the excretion of drugs, considerably reduced elderly. Endogenous creatinine clearance or indirect estimates this parameter are generally recommended for adapting drug dosage. The present study evaluates validity both assumptions.
