摘要: The aim of this study is to show whether a new magnetic-guided locking technique superior standard freehand in terms operation time and radiation exposure. This treatment will be used for distal the tibia during intramedullary nailing. randomized trial done through 80 patients having tibial fractures with mean age 25 years (range 16–67 years). In magnetic group, there were 20 third, 16 shaft, 4 proximal tibia; these numbers 15, 20, 5, respectively. parameters like time, exposure duration, dose compared. We placed 100 screws group 95 group. Fluoroscopy was necessary only All correctly positioned first both groups. had shorter surgical (52 ± 6.2 vs 70 ± 10.9 min; P < 0.01), (5 ± 1.1 16 ± 2.0 min; placement each screw (2 ± 0.5 7 ± 1.2 min; P < 0.01). lower exposures (8 ± 4.5 40 ± 7.6 s; P < 0.01) (5.4 ± 2.5 25 ± 6.8 mGy range; For nailing, system as accurate technique, but it has operative times compared technique. Therefore, should preferred current techniques.
