摘要: Spinal dermoid cysts are rare and account for 0.8% to 1.1% of spinal intramedullary Tumors. Only a few cases infected have been reported in the literature most them were associated with dermal sinus as source infection. We report case an cyst absence 3-year-old child who underwent excision cyst. On long-term follow-up about 10 years, there was no evidence any recurrence. However, bowel bladder dysfunction persisted. In light current literature, we discuss clinical presentation, etiopathogenesis, radiological features, management, outcome conus
