摘要: The specificity of peptide recognition by a number Kd-restricted CTL clones specific for HLA-CW3 or HLA-A24 was investigated. were derived from DBA/2 (H-2d) mice immunized with syngeneic P815 mouse cells transfected genes encoding class I molecules. We had previously shown that lysed P815-CW3 transfectant target could lyse (HLA-) incubated synthetic CW3 peptides corresponding to the COOH-terminal end alpha 2 domain. In present study, we found P815-A24 recognized same region (residues 170-182) A24 molecule. and differ only one amino acid within this region. Recognition corresponded exactly lysis P815-HLA transfectants both mutually exclusively CW3/A24 crossreactive clones. latter showed clear preference immunizing HLA allele. homologous compete each other recognition, in contrast HLA-B7. Peptides endogenous Kd Dd/Ld molecules also inhibit peptides. Competition apparently occurred at level cell. These results are consistent model whereby MHC position protein fragments T cells.
