摘要: This paper provides a broad overview of medical robot systems used in surgery. After introducing basic concepts computer-integrated surgery, surgical CAD/CAM, and assistants, it discusses some the major design issues particular to robots. It then illustrates these broader themes introduced earlier with examples current CAD/CAM assistant systems. Finally, brief synopsis research challenges closes few thoughts on research/industry/clinician teamwork that is essential for progress field.
