摘要: BACKGROUND Although liver transplantation (LT) has made rapid progress, early pulmonary complications still occur. More attention should be paid to fluid therapy that may an important factor leading these complications. It is necessary investigate the correlation between intraoperative and postoperative after LT, then attempt provide a reasonable in perioperative period. METHODS Sixty-two patients who had undergone LT were enrolled analyzed retrospectively. Based on phase prognosis 62 divided into non-pulmonary complication group group. Twenty variables both groups screen out several factors causing complications, parameters reflecting recovery analyzed. RESULTS The 29 (46.77%), 3 (4.84%) of whom died during Using monofactorial analysis for each variable, two differed following variables: preoperative lung function, volume transfusion, bleeding, net retention balance ( or =2 first days operation. Analysis relationship multivariate by logistic regression showed operation influential factors. CONCLUSIONS maintain period LT. If hemodynamics are stable, appropriate negative apparently decreases incidence These measures associated with better recovery.
