摘要: In the course of immunohistochemical characterization murine monoclonal antibodies recognizing human high molecular weight-melanoma associated antigen (HMW-MAA), a striking reactivity with blood vessels in tumor stroma was noted. Immunocytochemical analysis by light and electronmicroscopy panel tissues cell lines showed that staining microvessels anti-HMW-MAA restricted to pericytes. Correspondingly, were found react cultured pericytes from brain, but not endothelial cells serologic assays, immunoprecipitate biosynthetically labeled an characteristic structural profile HMW-MAA. At subcellular level, expression HMW-MAA mainly microspikes are localized clusters on cellular membrane. Staining only stroma, also other lesions angiogenesis, such as granulation tissue wound healing synovitis. these lesions, microvascular for another marker pericytes, ie, alpha-smooth muscle actin, observed. These results suggest that, conditions vascular proliferation, 1) acquire 2) number may be increased compared normal tissues.
