摘要: Biochemical components, glycogen, protein, nucleic acids and lipid fractions were analysed every month from January to December 1986, in the liver rumen amphistomes Gigantocotyle explanatum Gastrothylax crumenifer, respectively. The results reveal a considerable seasonal variation. In amphistome components reach their maximum level only once year, whereas amphistome, more than one peak is observed year. G. crumenifer content of glycogen increases before onset egg production while protein lipids during phase. variations biochemical associated with reproductive cycles gonad recrudescence these parasites.
