摘要: Breakfast has earned the title as most important meal of day, yet it is often missed. This statement supported by research that shown an association between breakfast consumption and overall nutritional quality diets children adolescents (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 7), national data document a decline in youth United States (8). Moreover, relative to its energy contribution, provides higher percentage micronutrients than other meals consumed during day (9). In addition being marker for appropriate micronutrient macronutrient intake pattern (3), regularity been linked with improvement academic performance psychosocial functioning (10) well cognition (11) among children. Furthermore, considered determinant healthful lifestyle (12), behaviors may favorably influence body mass index (BMI) (13).
