摘要: The relative expression levels of estrogen receptor a (ERa) and mitochondrial cytochrome b (MTCYB) transcripts their association with ERa, 7397T4 C gene polymorphism was determined in premenopausal uterine leiomyomas myometrium tissues to gain an insight into the role ER-mediated action on transcription. Both ERa MTCYB were overexpressed compared 9.18+ 0.79 folds 5.24+ 0.48 folds, respectively. demonstrated � 1.7 overexpression expressed over (p5 0.001). Genotype correlation transcript revealed that CC genotype had significantly increased 11.9+ 1.02 as 6.46+ 0.56 seen CT TT genotypes together Interestingly, also41.9 other 0.01).Significant elevation its 7397 suggests mitochondrial-mediated promoter leiomyoma tumorigenesis.
