摘要: Hypercalcemia is a rare complication of pediatric malignant germ cell tumors. The problem may be missed because unawareness among oncologists. We describe 16-year-old girl with an ovarian dysgerminoma associated severe hypercalcemia, metabolic abnormality infrequently reported this disease. review some the potential causes malignancy-associated hypercalcemia and current treatment strategies. It our recommendation that calcium levels should monitored in all children solid masses. seen these situations not improve until tumor removed.
