摘要: Metastatic lesions in the pancreas are uncommon, accounting for only 5% of all pancreatic malignancies. Renal cell carcinomas (RCCs) account 2% cancers and have a predilection to metastasize rare locations, including pancreas. RCC is most common primary tumor leading solitary metastasis. Although majority metastases occur within 3 years radical nephrectomy, appearance metastatic disease many after nephrectomy well-known feature RCC. Since asymptomatic, routine long-term radiologic surveillance necessary. We present case that occurred 13 postnephrectomy.
