摘要: For magnesium alloys, optimizing the machining conditions is necessary to prevent ignition of chips. In this study, effects point angles drill bits and drilling parameters on surface roughness cutting resistance forces were measured studied. Surface are increased following increase angle material removal rate. Point (2 p) descends from 118 ◦ 55 producing smoothest machined minimum variance in roughness. addition, effect operation varying microstructure AZ61A was also investigated study. The drilled sample showed a extent deformation twinning layer, when bit adopted . developed superior short layer generated matrix sample, if 5%NaOH solution used as lubricant used.
