摘要: ABSTRACTIntroduction: Fluzone® High-Dose (IIV3-HD) is a trivalent, inactivated, split-virus influenza vaccine indicated for use in older adults (≥65 years of age). It contains 60 µg hemagglutinin each strain, which four times the content standard-dose vaccines, including Fluzone (IIV3-SD). IIV3-HD has been licensed US since December 2009 and Canada February 2016.Areas covered: In this review, we summarize postlicensure studies on immunogenicity, safety, effectiveness estimates its cost-effectiveness adults.
