摘要: To explore the mechanisms responsible for salt tolerance in Brassicaceae species, a multifactorial approach was used to clarify functional traits underlying differential two Lepidium namely halophyte L. latifolium and its glycophyte relative, sativum. Parameters related photosynthesis, nitrogen assimilation, ion accumulation, water relations succulence, osmotic adjustment, phenolics metabolism, antioxidative defense, nitric oxide (NO) level expression of Na+ antiporter (SOS1 NHX) were analyzed plants grown under stress hydroponics. In addition significant differences regarding majority indicators, characteristic early boost, 52 h after exposure salt, observed concentration H2O2 NO halophyte, which almost absent glycophyte. Following application detrended component analysis, discrimination between could only be performed via temporal curves antioxdative components NO, less effectively, by metabolism. signaling adaptive modification metabolism play crucial roles determining halophytic behavior latifolium. These data may result new insights concerning studies on halophytism Brassicaceae.
