摘要: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a common autoimmune disease with complex etiology. Recently, possible role of apoptotic cells in its pathogenesis has been suggested. This study to evaluate the expression Fas antigen on peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) SLE, determine whether membrane (mFas) organ damage SLE and explore relationship early apoptosis PBLs SLE. Flow cytometry was used mFas 68 Chinese patients 37 healthy controls. international collaborative clinics/american colleges rheumatology index (SDI) scores were calculated further estimate severity. Results showed that levels significantly higher (P < 0.01) among than those Higher = expressions found SDI ≥ as compared <3. Patients neuropsychiatric or renal had without 0.03) 0.01). In addition, positive (r 0.381, P correlation rate patients. Taken together, our Fas-expressing increased patients, especially score, correlated apoptosis.
