Transcultural Differences in Risk Factors and in Triggering Reasons of Suicidal and Self-Harming Behaviour in Young People with and without a Migration Background.

摘要: Minors with and without migration background can have different risk factors triggering reasons for self-harming suicidal behaviour. We retrospectively analysed the data of 192 children adolescents to investigate transcultural differences in self-harming, as well behaviour Austrian, Turkish, Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian (BCS)-speaking patients, who were treated an emergency out-patient clinic Vienna. Our results showed both behaviours. In all groups, females had higher rates suicide attempts than males. While Turkish-speaking patients received treatment more often, after attempted suicide, Austrians BCS-speaking needed often acute stress disorder. Suicide behaviours triggered most frequently by intrafamilial problems, but migrant patients. at a 2 times (OR = 2.21, 95%CI: 1.408-3.477) attempts, almost 3 2.94, 1.632-5.304) interfamilial conflicts. The minors caused relationship separation crises 2.56, 1.148-5.705). These minors, demand increase competence provide optimal children.
