摘要: Purpose The purpose of this conceptual study is to explain the way in which employees influence social innovation employee–organization relationship, such as job crafting, i-deals, New World Work, talent management, or high performance work practices. Methodology/Approach This applies a practice perspective order how affect their relationship and thus outcomes innovation. Implications The theoretical exploration suggest that can engage enactment three ways: enacting employment relationships, practices, practices’ outcomes. In doing so, they draw on interpretive schemes, resources, norms for realizing benefits themselves and/or employer. Originality/Value Although organizations have started initiatives allow actively shape existing studies still treat inactive recipients with employer. As result, it remains unclear relationships implemented thus, provides employee organization. The originality its focus employees, (pro-)active constituents, finding better explanations initiatives.
