摘要: Abstract To manufacture lightweight tubes, fabricators increasingly use incremental forming processes like radial or flow forming. The of such requires a profound knowledge material properties and process understanding. A special modification is the ball spinning expansion process. It generally used to reduce tangential forces drift. simple analytical method calculate generate understanding parameter variations missing. following paper provides an overview about calculation for This validated by experiments FEM simulations specific characteristics described. Finally, result are illustrated in order predict stress state more easily.
