摘要: Disclosed are methods and compositions for producing heterologous disulfide bond containing polypeptides in bacterial cells. In preferred embodiments, the involve co-expression of a prokaryotic isomerase, such as DsbC or DsbG gene encoding recombinant eukaryotic polypeptide. Exemplary disclosed include tissue plasminogen activator.
