摘要: Ectopic expression of the MYB transcription factor AmROSEA1 from Antirrhinum majus has been reported to change anthocyanin and other metabolites in several species. In this study, we found that overexpression AmRosea1 significantly improved tolerance transgenic rice drought salinity stresses. Transcriptome analysis revealed a considerable number stress-related genes were affected by exogenous during both stress treatments. These are involved signal transduction, hormone pathway, ion homeostasis enzymes remove peroxides. This work suggests gene is potential candidate for genetic engineering crops.
