摘要: Calcineurin B-like protein-interacting protein kinases (CIPKs) are components of Ca(2+) signaling in responses to abiotic stresses. In this work, the full-length cDNA a novel CIPK gene (TaCIPK14) was isolated from wheat and found have significant sequence similarity OsCIPK14/15. Subcellular localization assay revealed presence TaCIPK14 throughout cell. qRT-PCR analysis showed that upregulated under cold conditions or when treated with salt, PEG exogenous stresses related molecules including ABA, ethylene H2 O2 . Transgenic tobaccos overexpressing exhibited higher contents chlorophyll sugar, catalase activity, while decreased amounts malondialdehyde, lesser ion leakage salt addition, overexpression also increased seed germination rate, root elongation Na(+) content transgenic lines stress. Higher expression stress-related genes observed compared controls stress conditions. summary, these results suggested is an stress-responsive plants.
