摘要: Soil salinity is a major constraint to crop growth and yield. The primary lateral roots of Arabidopsis thaliana are known respond differentially number environmental stresses, including salinity. Although the maize root system as whole be sensitive salinity, whether or not different structural systems show differential responses stress has yet been investigated. (PR) was more tolerant than either crown (CR) seminal (SR). To understand molecular mechanism these responses, RNA-Seq analysis conducted on cDNA prepared from PR, CR SR plants non-stressed exposed 100 mM NaCl for 24 h. A set 444 genes were shown regulated by stress, transcription pattern associated with plant response differed markedly between various types root. salinity-regulated very diverse in types. such factors, accumulation compatible solutes soluble sugars probably underlie three maize.
