摘要: A process is disclosed for the production of cyclic di-guanosine monophosphate (c-di-GMP) without use protecting groups by means an enzymatic synthesis. The comprises coupling two guanosine triphosphate (GTP) molecules so as to form a c-di-GMP molecule. This done under influence mutant diguanylate cyclase (DGC) comprising amino acid sequence V153M154G155G156. It has been found that DGC obtainable from inclusion bodies, and therewith can be made available in amounts sufficient improve Particularly, latter synthesis conducted one-pot method starting commercially bulk chemicals allows upscaling commercial scale.
