摘要: A process for the production of a desired polypeptide comprising steps of: (1) transforming host cells with an expression vector gene coding fusion protein and protective polypeptide; (2) culturing transformed so as to express said produce protein; (3) excising from protease intrinsic cells. According present invention, large amount can be produced at low cost. Especially according S. aureus V8 efficiently cost using safe such E. coli recombination procedures.
