摘要: The properties of OmpT protease have been clarified to provide a novel use as and process for producing desired polypeptide. More particularly, method controlling the cleavage polypeptide by comprising converting sequence site consisting arbitrary two consecutive amino acids in and/or acid(s) around this into other acids, which is characterized that: (1) acid at -1-position relating above lysine or arginine +1-position converted specific acid; (2) -4-position -6-position from are acid(s), thereby preventing undesired parts protease.
