摘要: A light-reflective conductive particle for an anisotropic adhesive used connection of a light-emitting element to wiring board includes core coated with metal material and light-reflecting layer formed from inorganic particles having refractive index 1.52 or more on surface the particle. Examples include titanium oxide particles, zinc aluminum particles.
