摘要: 1 The effects of presynaptic alpha-adrenoceptor blockade on both the efflux 3H-transmitter and magnitude effector response were measured simultaneously in a smooth muscle preparation which responds to field stimulation with noradrenergic beta-receptor-mediated relaxation. 2 In presence atropine, circular cattle iris relaxes noradrenaline at Hz 10, 20, 50 100 pulses. 3 Yohimbine (3 x 10(-6) M), potent antagonist, increased stimulation-induced tritium about 2.0 times control values and, contrary theory, did so similar extent regardless pulse number apparent indifference synaptic concentration transmitter, as confirmed by varying size postsynaptic response. 4 most cases, yohimbine had no significant effect relaxations nerve stimulation. 5 It is concluded that negative feedback regulation transmitter release, if it functions all, this itself seems doubtful, would not have substantial impact
