摘要: 1 The effects of the selective prejunctional alpha-adrenoceptor antagonist, yohimbine, on cardioacceleration responses to sympathetic stimulation were examined in pithed rat. 2 Yohimbine reversed inhibitory agonist, clonidine, stimulation-induced tachycardia. 3 failed potentiate significantly absence clonidine when was applied at optimal level for cardiac (C6-T1). 4 When pithing rod electrode moved T2-T6, cardioaccelerator smaller and yohimbine produced potentiation frequencies greater than or equal Hz. This since exogenous noradrenaline (NA) not increased by yohimbine. 5 In presence cocaine, could be shown lower frequency 0.1 6 possible physiological significance a negative feed-back effect nerves is discussed.
