Perceptions of Work Performance Recognition Among Educators

摘要: Educators from several states were surveyed to determine their perceptions about the importance of work performance recognition. Results suggested that educators want receive recognition for and would assist in improving overall professional development. Data this study suggest teacher may be a viable means school administrators improve manner is both effective efficient. Implications future research are discussed.
