Hypoglycemia Preceding Fatal Car Collisions

摘要: Hypoglycemia significantly impairs driving performance (1, 2), and collisions involving diabetic individuals are frequently attributed to hypoglycemia (3). Further, mishaps often preceded by frequent mild symptomatic while (4). It is reasonable expect that before a hypoglycemia-related mishap, drivers with type 1 diabetes may experience episodes of hypoglycemia.
