摘要: Hypoglycemia significantly impairs driving performance (1, 2), and collisions involving diabetic individuals are frequently attributed to hypoglycemia (3). Further, mishaps often preceded by frequent mild symptomatic while (4). It is reasonable expect that before a hypoglycemia-related mishap, drivers with type 1 diabetes may experience episodes of hypoglycemia. We recently conducted study in which 100 adults children were given memory meters strips (OneTouch Ultra; LifeScan, Milpitas, CA) asked record all blood glucose readings for 6 consecutive months.
