摘要: The applicability of a programmable freezer for the increased-scale cryopreservation common carp sperm was investigated. effect different equilibration times, methods, extenders, dilution ratios, activating solutions on post-thaw motility suitable storage time-interval as well fertilizing capacity cryopreserved also examined. motility, curvilinear velocity (VCL) and straightness (STR) values did not decrease significantly during 60min neither in equilibrated nor thawed groups. Motility parameters were similar using conventional technique polystyrene box [motility (33%), VCL (47μm/s) STR (88%)] freezer: (32%), (54μm/s) (89%)]. highest measured with sugar based extender (grayling extender) at ratio 1:9 (motility: 52%, VCL: 76μm/s) 1:20 49%, 76μm/s). solution cyprinids (ASC) could prolong movement up 2min. A time six hours following thawing have significant sperm. Agglutination observed an elevated volume whereas 47%, 62μm/s 91% after thawing. Fertilization rate (32%) lower compared to control group (73%). According our results, developed method is number straws. However, agglutination freezing may negative capacity.
