摘要: Abstract A selective, sensitive and rapid liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of alfuzosin in plasma was developed. PE Sciex API 2000 triple quadrupole spectrometer multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, using TurboIonSpray with positive ionisation used. Using prazosin as an internal standard, liquid–liquid extraction followed by C18 reversed-phase chromatography tandem spectrometry. The mean recovery 82.9% a lower limit quantification set at 0.298 ng/ml, calibration range being between 38.1 ng/ml. This assay makes use increased sensitivity selectivity spectrometric (MS–MS) detection to allow more (extraction chromatography) selective human than has previously been described. used quantify samples generated multiple-dose (5 mg bd.) study steady state.
