摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate the anti-hyaluronidase activities honeys from different botanical origins in order determine their anti-inflammatory properties. total phenolic contents, flavonoids and tannin levels six types honey, chestnut, oak, heather, pine, buckwheat mixed blossom, were determined. Concentration-related inhibition values tested turbidimetrically on bovine testis hyaluronidase (BTHase) as IC50 (mg/mL). All exhibited various concentration-dependent degrees against BTHase. Inhibition varied significantly depending honeys' flavonoid tannin. with highest activity chestnut heather. In conclusion, polyphenol-rich have high activity, these protective complementary potential hyaluronidase-induced failures.
